One of my home-style recipe for healthy eating is Lotus Root with Pork Spare-ribs using slow cooker.
Ingredients and Preparation for 4
Prepare slices of lotus roots.
Cooking Steps
Using crock-pot, add pork spare-ribs, lotus roots, 1 tomato, 3 pcs chilli. Add 6 cups water.
For flavor, add:- 2 tbs salt, 2 tbs chicken stock brand, 1/2 tsp pepper. Keep at high temperature for 3 hours.
Lotus Root Pork Spare-ribs nicely cooked and flavorsome.
Ready for serving.
