Prepare ginger slices, and ingredients: white pepper bead, chicken stock brand, white pepper powder.
Using the pressure cooker, add 8 cups water, meat and ginger slices. For flavor, add:- 3 tbs chicken stock brand, 1 tbs salt, 2 tbs white pepper beads, 1/2 tsp pepper. Cook under medium heat for 30 minutes.
