WHITE PEPPER PORK n PORK STOMACH SOUP ©





Pork and Pig stomach cooked in white pepper beads and ginger is a delicacy meal among the Chinese folks. It has a hot pepperish flavour. It is supposed to replenish the blood system - that's what the older folks says.

Ingredients, Preparation and Cooking Steps for 4


Prepare 1 lb pork spare ribs and 1/2 lb pork stomach.








Prepare ginger slices, and ingredients: white pepper bead, chicken stock brand, white pepper powder.
Using the pressure cooker, add 8 cups water, meat and ginger slices. For flavor, add:- 3 tbs chicken stock brand, 1 tbs salt, 2 tbs white pepper beads, 1/2 tsp pepper. Cook under medium heat for 30 minutes.
Nicely cooked and peppery flavored.
Garnish with green onions or parsley.
