PORK in SESAME OIL and Ginger slices ©






This dish tasted best by frying the thinly sliced pork meat with ginger, garlic and sesame oil. A quick preparation is to add all the ingredients and meat in the oven pan, and bake in temperature of 400 F for 45 minutes.


Ingredients, Preparation and Cooking Steps for 4


Prepare 1 lb slices of pork.
Add ginger slices, 3 tbs chicken stock brand, 2 tbs sesame oil, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 cup water.


Cover pan with aluminium foil and cook in oven at 400 F for 45 minutes.
Ready for serving. Goes well with steam rice.
