Spare-ribs are the tough part of the farm stock and I always like to cook it in crock-pot or pressure cooker to tenderizes the meat.
This recipe is cooked in oven with prepared sauce.
Ingredients, Preparation and Cooking Steps for 4
Prepare sauce:
Blend: 5 pcs garlic , 4 pcs red chilli, 1/2 onion, 2 pcs lemon grass.
Mix the blended ingredients with 3 tbs Soya sauce, 1 cup water,, 1 tbs glucose syrup, 1 tbs sugar, , 2 tbs sesame oil, 2 tbs pepper, 2 tbs sesame seeds, 1 tbs pork stock brand, 2 tbs coriander seeds, 1 tbs citric acids.
Marinate spare-ribs with sauce. Cover pan with aluminium foil and cook in oven at 400 F for 40 mins.
