BROIL PORK with SEAFOOD in LIGHT CREAMY SAUCE ©






Broil Pork with Seafood combination in light creamy sauce is lush and savory. The light salty cream sauce is tasty and absolutely goes well with white steam rice.



Ingredients and Preparation for 4



Prepare 1 lb pork slices, fish cake slices, imitation crab, chopped garlic and chilli. Any kinds of seafood can do.

Cooking Steps

Fry garlic and chilli in 4 tbs cooking oil in medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add pork slices to the pan and continue frying until meat is thoroughly cooked.
Add fish cake slices and imitation crab.
For flavor, add:- 2 tbs chicken stock brand, 2 tbs vegetable soya sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper, 3 cups water. Add corn flour mixture (2 tbs flour to 4 tbs water) to the cooking. This is to thicken the sauce. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes in low heat. Lastly, add parsley (dried parsley) or fresh parsley to the cooking. (Optional).
Ready for serving.
