CROCK-POT ROAST BEEF SLICES ©





Roast beef can be prepared by oven or crock-pot. I first tasted this style of roast beef in our family restaurant.


This is my recipe for a healthy meal - Crock Pot Roast Beef.    



Ingredients, Preparation and Cooking Steps for 4


Prepare 3 lbs eye of round rump roast beef.
Using the crock-pot, add enough water to cover beef meat. For flavor, add:- 4 tbs oyster sauce, 2 tbs beef stock brand, 2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp white pepper. Keep to high temp. for 3 hrs. 
When cooked, slice roast beef meat into thin slices.
Transfer roast beef slices and stock into a wide pan, and heat over medium heat. And add corn starch mixture (2 tbs corn flour to 4 tbs water), and stir gently. Ready for serving with white steam rice.
