My fondest memories of having beef jerky was during Chinese New Year. The spicy taste of the jerky lingers in my mind. Today, I thought of trying out the recipe with spicy spices.
Ingredients and Preparation
Marinate beef with 5 tbs curry powder, 4 tbs beef stock brand, 2 tbs sweet soya sauce, 2 tbs oyster sauce, 1 tbs white pepper, 1 tbs sugar/honey, 1 tbs cooking oil. Leave marinated meat overnight in fridge.
Barbecue in oven at 400 F for 45 mins to 1 hour. Check constantly to avoid burning. Turn meat over occassionally. Cook until meat is dry.
