Prepare 1 lb beef slices.

Begin, by saute onions, garlic, lemon grass, chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add beef and continue frying.
For flavor, add:-
3 tbs black bean sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 3 tbs beef stock brand, 1 tbs dark soya sauce.
Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 10 minutes over low heat to tenderize the beef meat.
