Beef stir-fry in black bean sauce, hoisin sauce and crushed black pepper with fresh mushroom, red bell pepper and long beans is a home-style recipe. It taste absolutely delectable and everybody loves it.

Prepare 1 lb beef slices.

Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute onions, garlic, ginger, chilli and lemon grass in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add beef and continue frying.
For flavor, add:- 4 tbs black bean sauce, 3 tbs hoisin sauce, 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbs palm sugar. Stir and continue frying. Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat to tenderize the meat.
Add mushroom, red bell pepper, long beans. Stir and combine well. Fry briefly.
Add green onions and combine well. Ready for serving.
