Stir-Fry beef slices with ginger in oyster sauce is a common recipe dish in our household. It is always a favorite meat dish with every family member and especially with children. It is absolutely delectable when having it with white steam rice.
Ingredients and Preparation for 4
Prepare 1 lb beef slices.
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute onion, ginger, garlic, and chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add beef meat, and stir-fry.
For flavor, add:-
3 tbs oyster sauce, 2 tbs sweet soya sauce, 1 tbs beef stock brand, 1/2 tbs pepper.
Stir seasonings into ingredients.
Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 15 minutes over low heat to tenderize the meat.
Ready for serving.
