Stir-fry chicken in dry style is a home-style recipe.


Ingredients and Preparation for 4


Prepare 1 lb chicken meat slices.
Prepare slices of onions, garlic, ginger and chilli.














Cooking Steps


Begin, by saute garlic, ginger, onions, chilli in 4 tbs cooking oil in a medium skillet in medium heat until fragrant.

Add chicken meat and continue frying.

For flavor, add:- 2 tbs chicken stock brand, 1 tbs fish sauce,  1/2 tsp pepper.

Ready for serving.
