Prepare -
- potatoes - 3 (remove skin and cut into quarters,
- onions - 1 medium-sized (sliced),

- lemon grass - 1 (sliced).
Also, prepare -
- carrots - 1 medium-sized (diced),
- garlic - 4 cloves,
- chili - 3 pcs,
- tomato - 1 large (halved).
Prepare 1 lb beef slices.
Prepare a can of Chili Beans.
Cooking Steps
Add all the prepared ingredients, beef cuts, and a can of chili beans into the pressure cooker. Add 2 cups water.
For flavor, add:- 3 tbs beef stock brand, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tbs black bean sauce (chinese kind), 1 tbs sesame oil.
Keep cooking for 30 minutes over medium heat.
