I remembered the juicy, tender canned pork spare-ribs in soya sauce imported from China we used to have during our younger days. Such similar brand is not sold in U.S. The meat and bones is so tender that it literally tears apart when you bite on it.

I happened to discover similar flavor one day when I was cooking the pork spare-ribs with light soya sauce using a pressure cooker.



Ingredients, Preparation and Cooking Steps for 4


Prepare -
  • pork spare-ribs - 2 lb - cuts

Add 1/2 cup water to pork spare-ribs in pressure cooker.

For flavor, add:-
  • 1/4 cup light soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper




Keep cooking for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Pork Spare-ribs nicely cooked and flavorsome
Ready for serving.
