Stir-Fry BEEF STEAKS with SPICES ©





Beef Steaks marinated with local spices and seasonings, and chilled overnight before stir-fried with lemon grass, onions, ginger and garlic is very tasty and scrumptious. 


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare -

  • beef steak cuts - 2 lb

Prepare -

  • garlic - 5 cloves - sliced
  • ginger - small size - thinly sliced
  • onions - 1/2 large size - thinly sliced
  • lemon grass - 1 stalk - thinly sliced
  • chili - 3 pcs

Marinate meat by adding:-

  • 3 tbs dark soya sauce
  • 3 tbs chicken stock 
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 3 tbs red curry powder 
  • 1 tbs black pepper
Preferably keep marinated beef overnight in a container in refrigerator.

Cooking Steps

Begin, by saute garlic, ginger, onions, chili, lemon grass in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add marinated beef meat.

Keep stirring and frying.

Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat until meat becomes tender.

Taste for flavor. Add extra seasonings if necessary.
Ready for serving.
